I would follow Arial's advice; I respect her deep spirituality.She is
kickass good, tough but worldwise ---YES, thank God for the day that we woke up to....and yes, start with the smallest thing, a cut that healed, the flower in the vase, the coffee someone brought you...or the smile, the joke...you recall. Shalom--look at the birds and flowers! WHO CAN SAY they have nopurpose in life, even as they just fly about, or just stand and smile?

I was just reading through your poems and see you are in great emotional
agony. I want to tell you a secret. DO NOT give in to self-pity any longer. Let God free you of this for it is the most crippling of psychological ailments one can indulge. Find your ability to be grateful. Begin with the smallest of things. As you practice being thankful, you will rise above the depravity that is common among us all. Learn to vibrate at a higher frequency and you will attract more of what you want into your life. God bless!
