I pray with U-these last poems show self-esteem & power.Stay on this course
...and sometimes, we might take a break from fighting evil frontally. To have some relief, we also try once a week to watch the mind and allow all its ways unhinderd--temptations too- and we use the method of filling the mind with the opposite. For instance if u r feeling cold, just think of a tropical beach scene and let the mind fill the details of hot, sandy places...and cold will be forgotten. Shalom, and keep on keeping on. Neil
