I have a really healthy soup for the person who not only wants to stay healthy but wants to shed a few pounds of winter Blubber.
A can of organic Chicken broth:
Two good splashes of Worsheteshire sauce:
Half of a half a head of cabbage, cut into 4's:
One fresh minced Garlic clove:
I little slice off a Jalapeno Pepper for a perk and a good sweat.
Let simmer on stove about 4 minutes tops. Just so the cabbage is not limp but not Crunchy either.
Turn the heat off and slice one corn tortilla into about 8 slices and stir in hot stew.
Done... pour in a bowl and enjoy!
