make a food diary, watch and see....also use only a good soap

ask your doc, whether can you use pears soap, a glycerine soap. Drink lot of fluids, water, pure juice, milk. No caffeine, no alcohol, no sodas, not even diet soda....

use a sunscreen lotion which is suitable for your skin...

eat lot of fruits which is good for skin, eat vitamin A and D rich food......protein rich food...

and also remember stress cause skin problems, diabetes cause skin problems, liver problem cause skin issues,

so see your general physician too....

Try to do breathing excercise, oxygen in body is great....do not eat acidic fruits or food....

I hope it all will work, but aren't you a man.....Who cares how a man's skin look ???

Character is better than out side beauty, so be humble, nice, but firm. Try to be good at job, try to be best to people...... Some dry skin won't make that much a deal if you are a great guy.....

But if you are a woman, ofcourse it cause some trouble....

Also check whether you have dandruff/......all thses stuff can be treated......Allow sun shine on your

this too shall pass...
I pray for you to be healed, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually- So you may find joy, rest and peace.
Along with a healthy diet, excerise, and the right medicine: laser surgery (resurfacing) can h remove scars. I had scne as a teen and hated the skin on my face because of the scars and sun damage. I obsessed about it and felt alone and inferior because of my ugly mug.

At the age of 35 I looked like I was 60.  No joking.

I went ot a plastic surgeon and had a free consultation. Got a price and started to save my money. It took a couple years of using  the strongest Retin-A  and savong my pennies, but eventually I went under general anethstesia and had what I now realize was a callous off my face.

Post operatively my face iooked like a burnt hot dog! I followed the doctor's orders and let my face crust over without picking or scratching it (that really took will power).  My face felt raw as it oosed and healed. After a few weeks my skin was just bright red, but smooth and I could see my beautiful self reflected in the mirror.

Over the next couple of years my soul healed and now (13 years Later), I look younger than my age and I do not feel like a monster anymore.

I pray, you will find your way to wellness!
Blessings.
