LOL!!!! Tom loves the stuff too...
We will be headed out to Arizona soon and he already has his supply of Tropical Punch Gatoraide. He can have it. I will stick to my diet green tea and fruit water.

I'm a water drinker. My daughter though always has one of those drinks going (high energy, she says) - YUCK!

I was expecting you to reveal that the Gatorade slush was spiked with vodka or gin or something!! Hmm, I'm trying not to imbibe lately tho I can't say I'd relish greens like Neil does! Green iced tea, TAPS? That is GOOD!

There's a classic tale about legendary Miami Dolphin halfback Larry Csonka.
Apparently, when Gatorade was first being marketed, they put a bucket by the Dolphin's bench for the players. The plan, apparently, was to get the players to drink and and say things like, "wow! Great stuff! gives me energy!" Or some such.
Anyway, legend has it that Csonka came in after a particularly punishing set of offensive downs. They encouraged him to try the gatorade, and put the camera on him.
He allegedly was handed a cup, took a great big sip -- and immediately spit it out all over everyone, exclaiming, "This stuff tastes like p*ss!"
I don't know if it's true, but it's pretty funny!
