Anger of the blood-boiling kind is dangerous to health and the lives of others. Soul can conquer this easily with calmness. When the soul is angry, it is a decision taken to stop incursions. Justice is being pursued! My 2 cents to add to your writing!!!!

This is absolutely beautifull and so very true-I hope MANY will read and
possibly-Learn from this! I've 'been there' and worked with my anger and I would like to add-that remaining non-judgemental-helps to lesson feelings of anger-(in my humble opinion).Chris.

fortunately i have come a long way in terms of handling my anger and jus reading this poem helps strengthen my techniques in dealing with it
