Auslander
Fun post again. I too noticed this business about small fridges in Europe, in Holland and France as well. Cripes, I got two full-sized ones, for two people, and that sometimes doesn't seem enough...And I like Sonny Boy's 'conversion'...

Re: Great points here Auslander!

Yes I am in Germany, close to Heidelberg (the Neckar valley and the Rhine). As for German lessons, I couldn't find any free ones anywhere. Even the ones offered by the city are not free. So, I ended out paying the teacher. BUt, she is really good.

I too have to go to the grocery every second day (some week everyday) for the same reason: small fridge and basically no freezer. But, as you say, it is good for the shape!

There are more info about Germany in the first few blogs I wrote I believe. And, Welcome to Germany!

Great points here Auslander!

From reading this one, I sense you are in Germany?  Where are you living in Germany?  Where are you taking your German class?  Are there free classes somewhere?

I'm from US, but staying in Germany right now as well, after spending 2+ months in China.  Guess you could say I'm on a road trip! haha

Thanks for sharing this.  I too find the wash machine incredibly small, and I have to go to the grocery every other day (frig is REALLY small), BUT, I get excellent exercise, which is GREAT.

Thank you for sharing. And as one who does a lot of laundry, they can be worn more than once!  sam
