I think I know this feeling....I have not been married, but almost! Ended after about 8 years together, and had to cancel the wedding, etc. Was the hardest thing I ever went through!!! I think I'm okay now, but I still think about it 4.5 years later (and I still have my never used wedding dress in my closet)! I have some REALLY good helpful things on my page if you have moment to review some personal check lists, inspiring thoughts etc, and lists of how to be happy, healthy within yourself. It helps me anyway. I re-read my lists periodically, and people have asked me to repost some of the ideas. I just somehow try to stay strong when going through these things. Easier said than done, I know! Hope the nightmares end soon for you............WE ALL DESERVE TO BE HAPPY!!!

Reading your post was like reading my own diary. I was where you are, I'm just one step in front of you, some days one step behind. I have terrible panic attacks, fears and nightmares, but I am finally seeking help. I thought I could do it on my own, but alas I could not. I wish you well, health and happiness.
