Hey, what Bobby did is condemnable, but two wrongs do not make a right!

I wish I could agree with people on the death penalty
I just can't. I believe it is far too easy an out. Their life should be extended as long as possible and it should be as miserable a life as one could live.
Policemen don't do well in prisons so they end up in solitary.
There are far too many prisons with all the comforts of home. That is my complaint. Frugal living with hard labor to keep them busy. That is what they deserve.
And while I don't believe in the death penalty, I do believe that retribution be a valid excuse for killing someone. If this girls father had the opportunity and he killed the fiend, it should be justifiable homicide due to retribution.

They say that the most dangerous time in a woman's life is while she is pregnant. That's when she is the most vulnerable to foul play and often, it is the one who got her pregnant that is her greatest danger. How sad.

What a Tragedy
Even in our little island it is frightening how many domestic affairs are ending in murder. It is so sad. The place (family) where we should be at our safest is the place where persons are losing their lives.

He does deserve severe punishment for the lives he took and the grief that he has caused.

You have got that right. He left his little boy alone in the home after he killed his mother and removed the body. The "Big Judge" will find him guilty and he will pay.

Troosha....I understand what you mean and yes it does happen all too often! I doubt Bobby Cutts even thinks he has a problem...remember he carried out this murder while his 2 year old toddle was there and than he left him alone for yet another day before Jesse's mother went over and found her missing...He's a case all right...

G/afternoon Naut...yes he sure does deserve the worst for this murder..All week while the trial was going on driving to work has been dreadful. First the weather had us in a snow storm from hell and than an ice storm and back to yet another snow storm. I have to pass the Stark County Sheriffs Department on my way to work and everyday this week it has been a nightmare with the Cutts murder trial going on. Just Wednesday they had several cruisers out in the middle of the highway ( which only had one lane because of storm ) stopping traffic
while they transported his dumb ass back to the jail....I am glad it's over!

Sally
I cringe when I hear stories like this one. I just can't wrap my head around how a person can become so enraged that they kill someone they presumably loved at some point. There are far too many of these stories in the news - the jealous ex, the husband who snaps, the woman who can't bear caring for her children anymore.....etc. Surely to God there's an alternative and don't the people around them notice a shift or change in their nature in which case they should do something before the person cracks? I just don't get it....
