Nothing to loose
Give an ancient proven method a chance. Read my blog, especially the beginning and try the exercises if you please. It costs nothing and you can't loose anything. Hope it helps.

LIFE -- This poem makes it sound like a continuous struggle, and it is one way or another. Now and then a little grotto of reprieve from struggle presents itself and we rest a bit and gain strength for the next onslought.
