After reading these comments,
I felt like I missed something. I thought you were writing about a fictitious person. You are truly a bold and secure person Ash. That is one area I definitely have room to grow.

In the sub-text of the poem, I keep hearing -- playing softly in the b/g.-- Leonard Cohen: "I told you when I met you, I was a stranger. . . . And now it's come to other days . . . etc" I like this gem very much. joab
