my line, lol. Though I'll let you use it! But as this whole drama plays itself out, it is nothing short of astonishing, and also frightening, that the presidential election in what is still the most powerful and important country in the world is being contested by three people who are less than mediocre bit-players at best! I see virtually no substance in Obama, little more in Hillary, and even McCain is a lightweight...On top of which, they're also deeply flawed in their unwillingness to deal with the Mexican invasion, which concerns me as a Canadian, because it spills over into this country...

got to go a-visiting on the more conservative websites. I haven't even seen that one on Newsmax. Anyway... I don't know. Hillary talks a good game and she's been around. Obama hasn't been around but he's inspiring. McCain has been around and might not be around much longer. I don't like McCain's last few stances (especially on the war -- despite the surge -- and illegal immigration), but I want to see who he chooses as a running mate. It could make all the difference knowing who'll be there to take over if Numbero Uno gets taken out of the picture somehow...

anywhere! Obama is talking as though this were the
election! It ain't the election, buddy, it's only one
half of the election at best! In which a pantsuit is runing against an
empty suit (and I know I'm gonna get blasted for that,
...)
