I think some friends are there for short time, for whatever reason, and some were meant to be there for a lifetime.
I went to Hong Kong last year, and LOVED it. Out of all the places I went in China last year that was the most modern place of them all. I am a horrible "eater", so China was NOT the best place for me traveling, until we got to Hong Kong. Finally found some "normal" food as one might say!!!!!! ha

KaBooM, I have lost track of some friends that I would love to find. I think about them often. Its been so long that I'm not sure if I would know them if I met them on the street.

do make me think of the many friends I have lost sight of over the years -it's sad, really. Part of it is simply the pace of life these days - I simply wouldn't have the time! I hardly have the time for blogging...

Catching up with old friends is a blast
Hopefully you'll be able to track down the 2 special ones one day, and have a mini-reunion!
