Thanks for your comments.  I'm working on the exercise.  I know I have to make the time, as it's my choice what I do with my time.

thanks.  I feel I also need to take responsibility as I have had this experience so many times - each time I resolve to make it different - but forget.  How about that?

tv is ridiculous nowadays
news programs and documentaries and such are honored to have knowledgable persons such as yourself on their shows and it is a shame that they always need to b cut short in order to fill their agenda and or please the sponsors...its a real tragedy that virtually everything is driven by profits and that the mainstream alters all the news and messages that are conveyed in a manner they feel the masses should hear it...its basically their propaganda to keep us at bay in my opinion and cover their ulterior motives...anyway good post and also yes good start on the exercise and ill leave you with this concerning exercise...a couple years back a professor of mine said his friend was trying to get him to exercise with him but he said he didnt have "time" and his friend responded by saying well people say they dont have time for a lot of things but say youre having an affair, you have time for that, so make exercise your affair...jus something i remembered and i found it interesting...God bless

I think the part of doing the background before the interview is essential. Then you know what to expect. I don't think I would lower my expectations but would certainly expect that they are not the same as the TV. sam

Yes, just a taste of something - like subliminal messaging...How frustrating but I like how you summed it up ~ You have a great attitude Elyse
