Heal oneself-alone.You know I had/have-a Psychotherapist-'travelling with me'-almost every step of the way. (If ever you want to get in contact privately-you know you can email me.)
I'm sorry-you may be 'hurting'.Thank you again.God bless. Chris.

Re: You are so right Soul Builder! Alienation is extremely painfull!
Again no one 'sees' or recognises that 'something else'-is 'in the way' of carrying on as norm/expected! No one 'cares' I guess! You don't have to ask-"stop the world I wanna get off"--because you ARE off--and everything else keeps on spinning! God bless.Thank you Soul Builder! Chris.

Re: Christmas is a very hard time of year for many people.
Thank you FineYoungSinger! You are right-these occasions have become so very commercial now and they are-'shoved down our throats'.Above and beyond this-- is the fact that it was about two weeks befor Christmas-that I was forced into giving my baby away for adoption!!! I was expected to be 'natural' with everyone and every daily thing! Also-not to mention it-ever again!! God bless. Thanks for your response.Chris.

Christmas is a very hard time of year for many people.
It's as if there's this bar set for us--you're just supposed to feel a certain way about it and that's that. Here in the west it's far worse, as it's shoved down our throats now before Halloween. This was a good commentary, Chris, expressed through the eyes of your personal experience.
