Advantages of being a farm kid
I knew where babies came from at an early age. It totally grossed me out whenever I thought about it. :)

The question for the ages...
We were shown books and such dealing with the "real" way babies are made, but you know, for all the correct information, we were still clueless. Maybe the stork dropped me on my head.

I gave them their answers when they were old enough to comprehend. Later I would say make sure you really want to know the answer before you ask. But I am probably viewed as your brother so aptly says to my children. Fantastic composition. I really enjoyed my time here! sam

That's funny, The_Common_Senseless. I don't really have any idea when or where or how I learned such a thing. We definitely knew better that to ask Mom or Dad. Being the father of six girls, Dad would alway pass the buck and say, "Ask your Mother!" We would never get an answer from mother because she would clam up from embarrassment. I think I just learned everything by osmosis. I know that by the time I had my first one, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect.
