Ash
I dislike arrogant people and it's almost as if I can spot them a mile away. I also think there's a fine line between assertiveness and abrasiveness. Some people can assert themselves with grace and dignity while others (I know a few) go after what they want in such a crass manner. You get more with sugar than you do with salt - isn't that the old adage?

Completely random, but it made me think of the Fourth of July Independence Day and i LOVE the 4th of July, the fireworks and everything. I gues what I'm gettin at is every type of independence should be celebrated and cherished!
