Very interesting to live in a home with history - kinship --- I like your poem and I like your style.
I also thank you for visiting my blog. I am not accustomed to writing the style in which I wrote that poem that you read, and critiqued. I am not familiar with your visits to my blog and I do appreciate your stopping in to read. I am honored. As far as my wanting to be a poet...I write, have written for many years. So you want to live in a shoe? like the woman that had so many kids she sdid not know what to do? Hmmmmmmmmm I think that should take you through a couple of months or so of therapy, and I would not mention the turtle fixation...that would run you in for years :-)The poem was very good, I liked it, nice flow and cute concept. All in all I think you are doing very well :-) except I miss you, where have you been? Take care of you.
