It's still being played, relentlessy - just as in the Toronto Star, you will never see two black players in the photo of any sport, or two white ones, be it football, baseball, basketball, soccer or tiddlywinks,
especially tiddlywinks...

It seems that...
...the salt and pepper theme has taken precedence over common sense. I, too, would like to see both the judge and bailiff as African-Americans, for once.

Of course, they are playing the = game
At least there ARE Black judges as there are now Black quarterbacks, coaches, pitchers and other professions that seemed to be forever white. I like to see Blacks portrayed in roles that require some smarts and not just the subservient roles of being someone's maid. Change has taken over a century and in some parts of the country I would beg to believe there is any change (New Orleans 3 years after Katrina.)
