Thank you all!

You all are tops! Nautikos, I gather you are more a man of the sea, but what I personally like about kyacking isn't the thrill of riding the river so much as gliding accross still waters somewhere along the way, surrounded by natures beauty and feeling like you are the first human being to have come this way! Hugs to you all!

Taxing Times
Americans usually don't know how much higher taxes are in other countries. And our IRS are pussycats compared to some tax authorities. I'm not sure how Japan stacks up in this regard but it has to be stressful.
Hugs to all,
Joyce

It is said that the biggest stressor for a man is his capacity to financially provide for his family. Sounds like your husband is calming down about it though (and that he's doing a fine job). Sometimes we just have to remind our husbands that they are our "heroes". Breathe, KaBoom, breathe....

Well, you certainly write and even under pressure which is really what Blogit is good for luv. I can relate to what you've written here because I was an entrepreneur for a good part of my life and my wife Joycie was my rock as you are to your man.
Of course she had the business head, and she kept me afloat many times by just being able to tell me 'everything will be alright' just as you are doing and by golly most things were alright.
I faced the banks onetime because they cut my funding just when I needed it-now ain't that how it goes eh luv?~but we found another way and we stumbled on to better worries and disasters, until the very worst happened and Joycie got brain cancer and died.
So sweetiepie, I can tell you at 72, take it One Day At A Time, wake up and smell the roses every day, and keep in mind there is life outside of business. One for you, one for him luv, keep the faith

Oh me oh my, KaBooM. You don't need that kind of flooding. The tap dancing on my head is just minor stuff. It sounds like you must be the rock of your family right now. Your hubby is lucky to have you on his side.

Kaboom
Getting audited by the tax guys is always stressful, and I'm glad it's all done. And they probably spent more than the 2000 bucks they got digging it out, lol. The main thing is there's no major problem, and that hubby's business is picking up!
I didn't know he's into kayaking! I have done almost everything else on the water, but never that. Maybe I'll give it a try one of these days, though usually I prefer boats that you can't carry around on your back...
