Hello my friend, I came back to let you know that my son was in my den when I was reading your poem and as with the others he liked the set up. His thoughts were at least one more nonet. I scrolled down your blog to show him that this is your preferred style. It is cool when at least three are involved but two is grand as well. My thought is to actually continue with this concept and invent a poetry style with what you have going so far. Good luck and I do hope you pursue this! sam

Thanks Sam, I didn't realize that. I will work on correcting that. Thank you for teaching me about the form, I appreciate it. Cindy

Hello my friend, I am glad your tried a double nonet. However, I the form is a bit different than what is written. When you write the first half of the nonet, you start with the nine syllables and work down to the one syllable, then you start with one syllable in the same poem and work your way up to nine. When you have completed the poem it gives it an hourglass effect. I hope this helps. Good luck. I believe you will find it an interesting challenge. Keep up the great work, I am enjoying your blog! sam
