HAHA, Guy. Took kid #2 to get his permit yesterday. On the heels of #1 attempting to get his license. Everytime I go to DMV, they never disappoint. I always get the same treatment!

Vogue - long ago, I would have said "boarding school, how horrid can parents be?" but then our oldest son begged to get away from his public high school (this was a kid who pleaded with us to send him to sleepaway camp when he was 5), and go to boarding school. He LOVES it, though it's not run by nuns!

When I first visited a DMV, the woman at the counter asked me the questions, Sex? to which I replied, "Yes please!" She was not amused! Then she asked "What should I put here, where it asks for a discription of your eye color?" I said, "Captivating!" I had never heard a woman use language like that before. Does it cost everyone $1000.00 to get their first driver's license?
