Depending on the state in which you live, she may
HAVE to disclose that information to you. If it were me, and I am in property management - I would have apologized and had your place cleaned for free by one of our maids. Some managers feel they are royalty over their residents .. some sort of ridiculous power trip ... she sounds like one. If you need more help, just let me know :)
