Oh my! Sorry you are suffering too. I reduced the new asthma drug yesterday. It was zobnking me out. Feel better today, but still wheezy and not too energetic. Like I said, don't force myself to be so..thanks. I like the part about being wise----such a nice ring to it. As they say, it takes one to know one!

Aww, now really that's misery. I had a bad bout of this ---- had to finally take a powerful antibiotic because it centered in my chest all that muck, from the cedar and oak pollen that is crazy 'round these hills. You are doing exactly as you should...'rest' as much as you can and wait it out...I feel for you Greenfields. You are a very wise woman, you know exactly what to do ~

In the south of India it's worse - for me - due to the humidity. I grew up in eastern India and the humidity just about killed me!

sorry about your being uncomfortable with the MS. My friends sister who lives in New JErsey also has MS and dreads the heat. And yes, water helps enormously at this time. Thanks fro ur comments!

I’m sure at 40 degrees just about anything hangs in the air and allergies undoubtedly flair up. Hope you start to feel more like yourself soon….

I know the heat in Delhi! In the south it is suffocating! People sleep on the rooftops!

102 degrees? In Chicago, we sometimes get into the 90's during July and August. Due to my MS, I cannot tolerate heat like this..........so, when it gets THAT hot, you will find me either in the air-conditioned house........or, more likely, floating in our pool. There have been nights when, even w/ the air in the house on, it is still warm...........and I will get up in the middle of the night and slip into our pool........quietly........and look at the stars. I love these nights.
Again, as always, a sweet post you have written about the simply ways of life........thank u.

I am an alien from outer space. The hotter it gets, the better I feel. Something like 30 C is just beginning to feel nice to me. Must be my low blood pressure. Thank you for your comment on my recipe. I'm pleased you approve.
