In regards the laptop, I have a Compaq and it is TERRIBLE. Well, the computer itself is okay, I suppose, but the customer service is absolute rubbish. They are awful and rude. I've heard good things about Sony, though. But really, I just want to repeat: for the love of all that is holy, do NOT get a Compaq!!! Good luck
