You crack me up!  What about a blow dryer... do you think that would work?

Whacky, I have one of those drips in my kitchen that I keep putting off getting it fixed.  I just pad the spot where it hits with a sponge or something.  I keep putting off calling the maintenance man.

Whacky & Bo
You are either a genius in disguise or away with the fairies, Whacky.  Don't you know that taps are meant to DRIP, DRIP, DRIP?   That is their main function in life.   They are designed to drive humanity slowly mad - the fact that they also provide water for us, is an after thought.  What I'd like to know is why they go drip, drip, drip instead of TAP, TAP,TAP.

I look at a lot of new homes. They now have a sort of panel box similar to an electric panel box that allows you to shut off the water to each area of the house, the bath, the kitchen. It is even more specific than that. Gone are the days of having to shut off all of the water at the main. Well....at least in new homes. Moon
