I really like your blog!
I too have young-onset parkinson's disease. I was 38 when I was diagnosed and underwent DBS last year. Am now 47. I'm a big fan of your blog! -Bruce Potts

Thank you! I guess if my punding doesn't involve HIM, my "you know who", then he doesn't care what I do. And it is enjoyable! It fits my task-oriented extreme tendencies.

What a fascinating example of "punding." Yes, that would fit the definition all right. Right now I am "punding" a video game -- BeJeweled2. I now sit down and say to myself, "JUST ONE game!" It's a real mind game in itself, to discipline myself not to spend 2-3 hours mesmerized!!

LadyCeeMarie, You are pundit enough for me. As for punding, I had never heard that word used, but I am familiar with the characteristics of this thing you write about. An interesting bit of "punding" that I have observed is a lady with PD who spends her time wrapping small articles around the house. She wraps them in wrapping paper, tissue, pretty napkins, and even newspaper when she runs out of the other wrappings. The little wrapped objects cover her buffet, her end tables, her book shelves. Her poor husband has to begin unwrapping packages when he finds an object missing that he needs.
