I hope there is a light
and that you find it soon. In the meantime, very moving.

Dark
Certainly sounds like a dark and difficult journey – but as your poem concludes “And yet here I am”.

I liked it too. I do find the more I work on my poems, the better they get. For me the real writing comes after the initial poem is put together. sam

I will alway's believe when something is written with such deepness it's never to long!

No dear not too long and I pray that by writing your terrible times like
this, one day they will all leave and the beautiful you will be what remains.

Don't ever edit your poetry...
because it's fascinating and dark and beautiful.
Loved it.

The length was fine. I think the title justifies its length, so you have nothing to worry about. This poem was amazing, eliciting in me feelings of frustration, anger, hate, lust, past love, and realization. It was a beautiful structure of words. Bravo!
