Thank you for your kind comment. I enjoyed your composition titled I wish "I hadn't heard that." I often feel the same way as you do, about the network news but tune in anyway. I can skip learning all the ugly news in about another twenty years, maybe less. Until then, I confess to being a news junkie. News and everything else I can cram in my head. So much to learn, so little time!
