Loved IT!!!!! Describes our country pretty well....sadly....but hopefully with people choosing to do the right thing God will bring everyone back!! I believe everyone knows whats right and wrong, we're just stupid and we choose the wrong thing!!

mike, very well written and very true...we're an "I" nation rather than
a "we" nation..(but God can change that if we pray hard enough...)

The message is true
...and I fell right along with it, nodding in agreement.

Good writing Mike.

Meek
We’re a generation with short-sighted happiness and a streak of greed. A nation that says “I” rather than “we” pretty much says it all.

Couldn't have said is any better
I love this one... This is one beautiful poem, well said. Our world in its present age is not something we are proud of but that is what it is... my favorite lines:
Through my eyes
A nation is falling to its knees
A nation that says “I” rather than “we”
yep. That is right, really sad. Sophie.

I see a world of indifferences
Wondering what the difference is?

Now THAT is creative!
