RSM -- you didn't respond to my statement.  I thought you comment was intended to be a reply to my statement.

A very well thought-out article, kooka. Excellent. And I agree

wholeheartedly.  I picked up Slander by Ann Coulter the other day (in an attempt to "know my enemy") and could not get past the first five pages.  She is nothing but walking blonde vitriole.  I will, however, attempt to read more of her detestable barking because I would truly like to understand that mindset that is so parochial, childish, and reactionary.  I have read Barry Goldwater, Andrew Sullivan, Catherine Crier, and John Dean (all conservatives) and find them all well-reasoned (to an amazing extent) and quite palatable.  The MACs you speak of are ridiculous caricatures of the conservative movement, extremists who've lost their political moorings and their traditional direction, more concerned with theocratic authoritarian ideology than with true conservative governance.

And I hope you are right about McCain...

And RSM
Do you really for one moment believe that McCain has any chance at all of winning this election? Talk about living in a fantasy world.  The country is saying they won't out up with the Conservative BS any more and that will be made very clear come election day.

RSM
Are you able to provide anything of value to any exchanges here on Blogit?  Or do you just jump in and show your stupidity every chance you get?

I mean what you said here had nothing at all to do with the post and was a full on, 100% pointless attack against me and my father just because we do not agree with you.  Seriously, can you get any more childish than that?

All in all I think I have put up with more than enough from you.  If you ever leave such a comment again, I will block you.  Whatever you may think of my views, at least when I leave a comment for you I make sure it is relevant and deals with the subject at hand. While I will admit that I do mock you in those comments, I still stay on subject and make sure I say something of value to defend my views.  Right there it is very obvious as to which one of use shows the other the more respect. What you did here was fully a childish attack, most likely because you can not prove either my father nor me wrong here.

I don't care if you disagree with me, but if you are only going to use my comments section to mock my father and I, that is where I will draw the line.

Re: 20TH CENTURY HISTORY SHOWS THE TRUTH OF YOUR STATEMENTS

I can always count on the Dad to comment so I automatically know there will be two comments to your posts Kooka because I want you to stick around here on blogit for two reasons:

 1. I can always count on you for comedy.

2. So that I can have the last laugh especially later on this year as well as next year.

I do not have time tonight to respond tonight to all of your liberal diatribe in this post. However, I want to ask you and your daddy where did you buy and what kind of hybrid plug-in electric vehicle did both of you buy? I want to know so that I too can try the liberal alternative solution to the problem. Seriously, let me know where both of you bought these vehicles and what brands do you prefer?

20TH CENTURY HISTORY SHOWS THE TRUTH OF YOUR STATEMENTS
Liberals reformed many systems in the 30's in order to give us a better economy and not repeat the Great Depression.

Conservatives have given us deregulation and other reversals of those reforms.  Savings and loans have gone under, airlines, and now, we have a messed up banking and lending system and a possibility of a huge financial crisis.
