RSM,
You also pay more attention to the pointless little crap, that is 100% meaningless and foolish to base any political judgments on.  Many of your attacks against Obama have been of at the same level as this.  Yet you are going to say that anyone who dogs on Cheney for skiing in jeans is somehow at a level bellow you taking proven misinformation as a way to badmouth Obama.  Hell, you kept bringing up his slip of the tongue when talking about the number of states.  Seriously, how is that any different?

The big difference between you and I is that I will not play those kind of sad little political games.  I do not find small, meaningless issues to dwell on as a way to show why I don't like a candidate, which generally just shows that you don't really care about the person or the ideas that person follows, but are more concerned with making them look bad just because they are not part of your party.  I instead look at the big picture, thinking about what needs to be done to help make the future as best as possible for this country and am much more worried about the bigger issues. I would never pay any attention to a news article that was saying any candidate skied in jeans as if that were important in any way.

So the point you are now proving is that I have much more respect for your side's politicians than you do for mine, since I don't try to judge them by the little crap that you seem to embrace.

Re: RSM, yeah it proves a point
My dear little liberal kooka, I share your disdain about skiing. I, too, tried it once and wondered the exact same thing! Amazing we agree on something and it is skiing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have no love loss for skiing. However, I still know about it, kind of like I am a Republican and have no idea why someone could be a liberal but then again I know how liberals are, get it?

RSM, yeah it proves a point
It shows you are a total a-hole. Not sure why you wanted to prove that to everyone, but you did.

I don't ski.  I hate skiing and I really have nothing to do with anything that has to do with skiing.  I've tried it and was completely lost as to how anyone could possibly enjoy it. Why the hell should I know about jokes that deal with skiing?

I asked a honest question and you used it to mock me in your childish fashion.  Stop trying to claim I am the one who starts all of this.  You could have been grown up and tried to not turn this into an attack on me, but just said that is was meant to be an insult and where it came from. Of course I will go and make sure to have equal respect back at you here.

Now I am also a little puzzled because you said 'the great team of Bush/Cheyney'.  Who are they?  The only Bush/Cheney team I know are far from being great, unless you wish to call the great mistakes by the voting public or great destroyers of the American way of life.  That extra 'y' you added also helps make it clear you are confusing the Cheney I am talking about here with someone else.

Geez, It's Your Own State!

You gotta explain everything to a liberal. So progressive, more intelligent than anyone else, liberal, you don't know what this means? This can't be! HA!

It is a put down, an insult, probably something some Colorado hippie came up with to bash the great team of Bush/Cheyney. However, a weak attempt albeit. Years ago Cheyney went skiing in Jackson Hole, WY. , which he is very competitive in skiing, but he wore jeans, a dirty scarf and an old coat. Basically he looked ridiculous. You never wear jeans to ski in because you want something to repell the water from the snow not absorb it.

So, yes it is a bash against Cheyney, for those of you in Colorado. Now that is pathetic when a North Carolinian has to tell a liberal in Colorado something about skiing. Then again, I guess it proves a point!
