I always get nervous when I'm about step onto an escalator.
it takes me a few minutes to actually get on the darn thing.  LOL

we were on a very high elevator the other day when my mom turned
to me and said, if this stopped short, would we fall?   I laughed and said, yep, probably.  LOL

Wanna hear something whacky? I was in a hotel once and they operated
what they called, get this, incline-nators (sp?)  Inclinators I guess.  Anyway, the deal with them is that they where elevators, NOT escalators, that traveled diagonally as the building was a pyramid....pretty cOOl actuaLLy

the escalator
sometimes i have felt like i am walking along the travelator - the flat escalator backwards. it is probably a good way to stay slim.

At my job we used to talk about the golden escalator that some people were on - you kinda knew who was on it and who was never going to be on it
