Re: Lion
Thanks Troosha - I wanted to give everyone a change for my usual content, so sometimes I play games of "what if"  and try to imagine scenarios

Lion
Glad I scrolled down the comments to see that this is not what is going on in your life right now.  It was sad but very well done!

What wonderful heartfelt words, my friend...

"The echoes in the dance hall
Still resonate our special song,
The fading tune recalling all"

These words said so much to me.  Beautiful...  - Chris

Re: lol lion ... love the disclaimer, necessary sometimes. Nicely
thanks vicki, as most of my poetry is blatantly drawn from how I feel at the time I didn't want to worry anyone.  I was trying to keep this one simple as I may work with a friend to turn it into a song - glad you liked it

How Can I Tell You.

Very well done.  You have the soul of a poet sir.

This was incredibly nice.  Had an air of love, regret, and the unwilling knowledge of things not meant to be.  Very nice.

So nobody worries...
This one is an exercise in empathy and poetry - not reflective of anything in my life.
