There will always be those who are so struck by their own 'cleverness'
that they can't see past it. It is not as if they care about anything more than that... and only the even lamer-in-the-brain are swayed by it. Unfortunately, in this county there are a lot of them, too, and some of them actually get around to voting.
This is what Churchill was talking about ( I think it was Churchill) when he said that, considering who votes, and why, that democracy is the worst form of government--except for all the others.

I love snopes.com. I've used it twice just this week.......once to inform my brother that Obama did NOT "diss" the troops during his visit and just this morning when my sis-in-law forwarded an email about a false amber alert. Funny, I haven't heard back from either of them..........
Persoanlly, I like Obama............I think he'll be good for the country.
