Ugghh...
Like you, I don't mind touching snakes but to step on them barefoot...
By the way, thanks for dropping by my blogs!

Re: Knock it off with the Upper Michigan snake talk
We don't have snakes here, we don't have snakes here, if I can't see them they don't exist!

My mother stepped in a hole of snakes once! She never recovered. I am buying Marilyn's story! I can't believe you stepped on a snake, too creepy! I used to like to jog on nature trails. One time I got a co-worker to go along. We were jogging and she came upon a huge snake. Scared the daylights out of her and she didn't go again. I took to asking the men after that! It was the only snake I ever saw on that trail. It was in the Allegan State Forest Nature Preserve. In Boyne we had adder, mini cobras. They were so creepy when they lifted their heads. I absolutely lmao off with the shoe and foot references. Too many to pick a favorite. The little kids in my complex run around without shoes and I see your feet from childhood everyday. They are black from the asphalt as you said. I am not big on wearing shoes. Have a wonderful afternoon and git them chores done fer winter! sam
BTW: I saw Bel was here, she is from Trout Lake area!
