Maybe they should introduce that as a new company policy - play a little game while in the line-up. It would certainly make the time go by faster versus people standing there with their blood pressure on the rise. I wonder if there's "line-up rage"?
(I thought I was the only one who used the garden centre entrance/exit, by the way).
