Firstly, the quote is bang on. Secondly, it’s so very true that when painful emotions or memories surface it’s usually a sign that some form of healing is about to take place (if we let it happen). So very often, however, we find those feelings unsettling and suppress them. Some very compelling words and thoughts today, my friend.
