Good advice! I'm trying to lose a few pounds myself - I want to recover my six-pack, necessay for the beach, but it's getting a little late in the season...

If you don't have to chew it, it isn't real bread - LOL. I will never understand why so many people have not yet made the switch to unrefined products or multigrain breads. This one step to better health is such an easy one.

Excellent advice!
I practice most of these things, when I am "on the wagon".


The bread thing...interesting. I haven't been eating a lot of bread lately...but I will remember to buy pumpernickel and rye now, from the bakery dept.

I find that having
some protein with every meal/snack helps too.
