I love all three
I eat turnips and radishes raw. Indians cook turnips with some speices and also make pickle with them. As for beets, I like them boiled, with some lemon juice, or in asalad. I also make a mean borstch (right spelling?) which I enjoy making in the winter or in the hills, with freinds and family. Love this post.

you have very good points there dear...i'm not into beets and radishes but turnips are good and also works as laxative...

Crunchy radishes I love, no salt thank you. Beets too, love'em. Turnips I haven't eaten them
much. But I'm sure they are good to. When I plant a garden I know I'll want radishes, tomatoes,
and onions.
Flowers too.
