Yes, a sensitive and warm poem ...
... with much care as a powerful core ...
your words: 'we should be there first for ourselves' ... should be a matter of course (it's from where we get our strength to care etc.) but, I believe we're to clung to impoverished patterns from helping others without taking care of ourselves - then in the end we drown and need help ourselves ... how can we help and care for others then ? -
