You are not really making sense! If you had gone and read what the technology is about and how it works, you would not have written this comment. The equipment is hooked up to a computer and this is all you need. Scalar and EM are the same animal...why the VERSUS? I'll make it easy! The book and its chapters are available on the site below. You speak of EM and Scalar weapons, implying some form of this technology has been utilized to create massive weather systems but you seem to have not even considered the deployment. Let alone who could do this or what they would reap from it. In reality, to produce a weather system of the size of the hurricanes you are speaking of, it would be an as yet unknown and extremely large scalar weapon that would have to be remotely activated from orbit. You don't know if a weapon of that size exists, you also don't know which of the less than 600 satellites possibly capable of deployment might have been used. (I won't even mention logistics) . . and it would have to be a satellite, simply in terms of the altitude needed to create a weather system of the size you imply. In reality you have nothing but a premise taken from a James Bond movie that you have thrown up without any form of reasonable scrutiny . . . and you suggest that I should edify myself?
Yes, the US government has been studying AWM, little wonder after losing billions in agriculture revenue from drought over the last few decades and finding themselves with severely depleted aquifers. But the $10 million per annum is pocket change, Scalar versus EM weapons are two different leagues of expenditure and that does not include deployment costs.

Gomedome you are right. It has advanced beyond cloud-seeding. Their intents are theirs. I do not think that they have any good intentions. I did a little searching around and found that in 2005 a weather modification branch of the Government was set up with a funding of 10 million a year until 2014. There are other resources on google etc. I do not wish to debate and win. I wish that you research and edify yourself. I know it only because I research!

Soul_Builder101 -there is no disputing that mankind's ability to manipulate
the weather has advanced beyond simple cloud seeding.
But the supposed ability to do so in reality means nothing when the two most important questions are asked in: how and why?
The "how", we can only answer as a broad generalization. We can only assume that the currently existing technologies for artificial weather manipulation, (AWM) have advanced to the point of practical implementation. We can be a little more certain that to do so would entail enormous costs and resources.
When we examine the "why" we are naturally led to malevolence and money as the possible motivations but we can never accurately point to either of these without addressing the how. Which of our enemies has the wherewithal to do this if the motivation is purely malevolent? Then when we examine simply financial motivations, even if the list is a bit longer, more problems arise. If for example OPEC are the culprits, to attempt to devastate the Gulf region's oil production, a number of greater risks immediately present themselves. The most obvious being the collateral destruction of the very infrastructure that creates the market for the product that would produce the financial windfall.
If we look at historic weather patterns, the likelihood of AWM is dispelled even further. We are admittedly in a period of history that seems to have more natural disasters and severe weather patterns than in previous centuries but at the same time we are in a period where record keeping and our global communication capabilities are unparalleled in previous eras. When we also consider the political barriers of the past, no generation has been as well informed of all occuring natural disasters on our planet as our current generation.
The point is that the simple alleged ability to do something does not present a clear path to its having been done.

Thanks Kabu! If you go back to my post on the Earthquake in China.... What were those multi-colored clouds about? I have studied Climatology at University. It is energy that makes or breaks weather systems. If you can affect the energy of a hurricane, you can make it do what you want. There are many patents on weather modification, some approved and some pending. Check google. Most cities were built by business people for trade. They didn't care or know about hot zones. Yet the Pacific ring is heavily populated. The caribbean Islands are in the hurricane zone and in the earthquake/ vulcanicity zone. FAULT lines as in California, people will avoid. But earthquakes are not choosing fault lines alone. They're happening randomly! If you get into the physics of manipulation, it makes more sense than saying its all acts of God!

Thanks for the comment gomedome....and the visit! My research over the years points directly to this hurricane being manmade. Research the weather modification PATENTS that have been filed which have been approved or are pending. Part of my reason for implying weather manipulation is that I have read some of those patents. What obtains today as phenomenon creating machines are merely advances made on the work of Nikolai Tesla. The physics is not mainstream but it is truer and effective in application. Read Tom S Bearden's books for alternative physics...on his website. I am a Geographer too. This perhaps makes it easy for me to understand how manipulation can be done. I am awaiting the research of scholars who can uproot more evidence of manipulation. Thanks again!
