So raw and real Less... I am sorry your past is so painful... but sweetie, the present is just that, a present, a gift, and now we might even have an AfroAmerican president! Don't you see that you live in a new world? A new world with old chains still hanging on but the chains can be removed and we can all enjoy the air of freedom and equality. I know it is not all good yet... there is a lot of hate around...but it has no place in my heart or in the heart of millions of your brothers and sisters here in this country that tries so hard to be great.
