Re:
I'm afraid not, sam. I did had piano lessons when I was a child (starting at 9) because we had inherited of a piano, but I am a disaster on the keyboard. I love music, but I can't play any instrument. It's a bit sad actually, of all the cousins and sis. and bros. only one play well and write music and songs.

How exciting! What a cool piece of history! Did you inherit any of this musical genius? sam

Re: Auslander
Ya, naut, the thought crossed my mind, but... I can not listen to them any more (no table) and can not share them either. And one of them is badly scratched. So, the studio can remove some of the excessive clicks and scratchy noises and make copies for me to give (or sale) away! So, although the vinyl will probably outlast the CDs (I'm going to put them in a secure place, such as my closet!LOL), for now it works better that way.

Good idea! But do you realize that your old record may, in fact, outlast the CD?

What a great idea. And thanks for your comment on the eyelash weaver. I absolutely share your aversion to other people touching me and doing this that and the other. I had a facial once in my life, actually, only half a facial because I couldn't bear the tugging and plucking and so-called soothing. I ran out with half the goo on my face and drove home and had a good old cleansing.
