You did what so many people recommend when you’re feeling “stuck” or lethargic. Experts often say that you can start with small changes to your routine such as taking a different route to work. It’s amazing how such a simple thing can change our perspective – look at how differently you viewed the city or how refreshed you felt when you walked along the river!

King's Cross station, London Bridge - boy, does that ever bring back memories! I haven't been in London in years! It would be nice to visit old haunts again, though I did not live in a particularly fashionable part of town, near Clapham Common...

That part of London is a great place to work, or that's what I thought for 14 years. It has the Tate Modern, the Globe, the markets, the river, and much more.
