I hope the trigger point and accupressure work. Strange as it may seem some people swear by a (by expert only) chiropractic adjustment. I would take any of those treatments in a heartbeat. I wish we could do some yoga together. Peace be with us all

I'll send the recipe if you want. Making the cake is the only thing I have to do. Every one else will do the rest of the cooking and cleaning. Tomorrow I will rest all day. I had two great caregiver assist. this week and the house is clean and the kitchen is clean and dishes done. Tomorrow's lunch is already made. If I don't feel good on Sunday, we will get a store bought cake. My energy doesn't always match my ideas. I always have to have plan B that requires very little of my energy expenditure. I hope the antibiotics will be working well by Sunday.
