Re:
TAPS that's a fear of mine, although I'm told she's fairly quiet. We'll see. She's coming tomorrow to spend a little time w/ me. A trial visit.

I bet she'll bark at your cello--at least until you can teach her not too. LOL
My sis had a darling corgi for years and she was a barker.

Compassion for another is always returned

human or animal. My Gray, a big gray tabby, was killed two years ago and my Gracie meowed and painfully moaned for a year and she searched the outside bushes night aand day. One night at 1:30am as I returned with Richard from the ER with yet another bout of pneumonia, a family of kittens were 1/2 block from my house headed in the opposite direction. Before I could put my feet on the ground they were twirling and purring around my feet. I had my emotional cup full but ended up keeping them and have been rewarded with such love and a contented Gracie. They are truly my guardian angels. Love comes in strange forms and when we are ready.

Re: Jane
Ha ha, Nautikos, that would be quite a duet, eh? Screeching cello and howling dog. In my defense, I'm not squeeking a whole lot these days. . . .

I think you should! She might even sing for you when you play the cello...
