Re: POINTLESS.

Welcome, FYS! The problem is, Biden has committed foible after foible after foible after foible. His skills as a human gaffe machine are reaching the stuff of legend. Foibles en masse like this become an issue because they reveal a candidate who has a serious problem, either in his focus and concentration skills, his communication skills, or both.

Indeed: How many readers have dismissed George W. Bush as president because of his foibles? If you are going to dismiss Biden's, then the slate is clear on Bush.

And, before you jump on me for not holding Bush accountable for his foibles, his have been nowhere near as blatant as Biden telling a man in a wheelchair to stand up, flatly contradicting his running mate on key issues, disqualifiying himself as a vice-presidential candidate by saying someone else would have been a better choice, or being unable to count the letters in "jobs."

Unqalified Opinion
Palin is not qualified to be president, therefore she is not qualified to be vice-president.  Biden makes gaffes, Obama makes gaffes, McCain makes gaffes.  Not terribly important.  Palin has ethics issues and an impressive ignorance of major national and international issues.  Terribly important.

POINTLESS.
by your logic, McCain is an idiot because he said "Fannie and Freddie Mae" during the debate. Stick to the issues, not the pointless foibles.
