I enjoy using a candle to create light and then doing yoga, turning to watch the shadow on the wall helps with alignment

I thought I spoke to this yesterday, but I got sidetracked thinking about that old song,
"Me And My Shadow" and I went looking for it. I couldn't find it, but I completely forgot who I was reading and went on somewhere else. LOL. I do that sort of thing a lot.
