Good post but more importantly an excellent reminder that more of us should sign up as organ donors.  In B.C. it used to be you could simply ticked a box when you renewed your driver’s license (and this was obviously a means of capturing a wide audience).  Someone decided this procedure wasn’t providing the potential donor with sufficient information and they may be ticking the box ill-informed.  So they eliminated this practice  - duh.  Needless to say the donor pool as dropped considerably as someone now actually has to take the time to visit a site or fill out a form at their Dr’s office.  “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.  Thanks for raising awareness on this subject.

gap, on another note, I want you to know that,
even though you and I disagree on several issues, it's a relief to see someone that is able to keep the argument issue-related.  I'm about sick of the propaganda.
